Create a daily plan.
Go for a daily walk.
If you can in nature.
Be creative & imaginative
Do the chores / sorting out you’ve never had time to do. Photos, attic, draws,filing.
Stay connected. Txt, fb, email, whatsapp etc.
Stay positive this IS A TEMPORARY situation.
Help your friends , colleagues to do this too.

Yoga with Adriene and Yoga with Melissa are both gentle and nourishing, Adriene is fun too.
Yoga with Kassandra is more dynamic.
Yoga Nidra is a lovely guided relaxation/visualisation, often up to 45 minutes that can help people sleep or relax.
